I can confirm I have dealt with ACS on a number of occasions, most recently on our Cefn Hengoed School project in Swansea where they were responsible for the supply and installation temporary protection and also the builder’s clean.
They were very proactive with the works, especially at a time on the project where there are a number of trades finishing off their own works and causing ‘unforeseen’ mess and aggravation to ACS’s work. Commercially, the variations on the project were minimal and it was good to see ACS director’s getting their hand’s dirty on the final day of the project to ensure a professional handover.
The package value to ACS was circa £35k and we have recently awarded them additional works at the school.
I would have no problem recommending ACS to any prospective clients, and would have no hesitation on using them again on current and upcoming projects.
We appointed Architectural Cleaning Services (ACS) to undertake window cleaning on our Fulton House project in Swansea University.
Since undertaking these works ACS were engaged on a further two projects on behalf of Leadbitter Construction.
Assessments are made on each project and reviewed on a Monthly basis. In each case ACS achieved a high performance review. All projects were completed to a high standard within agreed timescales.
We would have no hesitation in recommending ACS.
